La magnifique salle The Hall à Zurich affichait complet ce samedi 20 décembre pour une soirée placée sous le signe du rock suisse dans toute sa diversité. Une affiche solide et cohérente réunissant Bluedög, Krokus et Gotthard, trois groupes incarnant chacun une facette essentielle de la scène helvétique. Une soirée intense, authentique, et idéale pour conclure l’année 2025 sur une note puissante.

# Bluedög : une ouverture brute et authentique
La soirée débute avec Bluedög, en toute première partie. Groupe suisse relativement récent, Bluedög s’inscrit dans la scène hard rock / rock alternatif, avec de fortes influences issues du rock des années 70 à 90.
Dès les premiers riffs, le public est plongé dans une ambiance directe et sans fioritures :
* guitares bien grasses,
* riffs puissants,
* une énergie clairement pensée pour la scène.
Leur musique oscille entre hard rock, blues rock et un esprit garage / road rock assumé. Bluedög s’est avant tout forgé une réputation grâce au live, en partageant l’affiche avec divers groupes rock européens, et en développant une identité sonore simple mais terriblement efficace.
Ils incarnent parfaitement la nouvelle génération du rock suisse, attachée à l’authenticité et à l’impact, loin des productions trop lisses. Une entrée en matière convaincante qui met immédiatement la salle dans de bonnes dispositions.

# Krokus : la légende toujours en pleine forme
Après ce moment blues-rock savoureux, place à un hard rock plus frontal avec l’arrivée sur scène de Krokus. Véritable monument, Krokus est sans conteste le groupe de hard rock suisse le plus célèbre à l’international.
Fondé en 1975 à Soleure, le groupe débute dans un registre rock progressif avant d’opérer, à la fin des années 70, un virage décisif vers un hard rock inspiré par AC/DC.
Les années 80 marquent leur apogée avec des albums devenus cultes : Metal Rendez-Vous (1980), *Hardware* (1981) et surtout Headhunter (1983), qui leur ouvre les portes du marché américain. Krokus devient alors le premier groupe suisse à connaître un véritable succès aux États-Unis.
À Zurich, malgré les décennies passées et les nombreux changements de formation, le groupe est en excellente forme. Les riffs restent simples et redoutablement efficaces, la section rythmique est solide, et la voix râpeuse emblématique de Marc Storace porte toujours les titres avec autorité.
Après avoir joué à Berne la veille, Krokus livre un set généreux, puissant et sincère, confirmant son statut de pilier du rock suisse.

# Gotthard : puissance, mélodie et émotion
Mais la soirée est loin d’être terminée. Le public attend avec impatience Gotthard, le groupe le plus attendu de la soirée et autre valeur sûre du hard rock suisse, avec une approche plus mélodique.
Fondé en 1992 à Lugano, Gotthard tire son nom du massif du Saint-Gothard, symbole fort en Suisse. Très rapidement, le groupe se distingue par son sens de la mélodie, ses refrains accrocheurs et ses ballades devenues incontournables, telles que Heaven ou One Life, One Soul.
Leur popularité dépasse largement les frontières helvétiques, notamment en Allemagne et en Europe, avec de nombreux albums classés numéro 1 en Suisse.
L’histoire du groupe est marquée en 2010 par la disparition tragique de son chanteur emblématique Steve Lee, un choc immense pour les fans et le monde du rock. Gotthard choisit néanmoins de poursuivre l’aventure avec Nic Maeder au chant, tout en respectant l’héritage laissé par Steve Lee.
À The Hall, le show débute avec une énergie débordante. Les classiques s’enchaînent, accompagnés de titres issus du nouvel album Stereo Crush, sorti en mars 2025. Le public répond présent, porté par la qualité des harmonies vocales, la puissance du son et une véritable communion entre le groupe et la salle.

The magnificent The Hall venue in Zurich was sold out this Saturday, December 20, for a night celebrating Swiss rock in all its diversity. A strong and coherent lineup brought together Bluedög, Krokus, and Gotthard—three bands, each representing an essential facet of the Swiss rock scene. It was an intense, authentic evening and the perfect way to close out 2025 on a powerful note.

# Bluedög: A Raw and Authentic Opening
The night kicked off with Bluedög, taking the stage as the opening act. A relatively young Swiss band, Bluedög is rooted in the **hard rock / alternative rock scene, with strong influences from 1970s to 1990s rock.
From the very first riffs, the audience was plunged into a direct, no-frills atmosphere:

# Krokus: The Legend Still Going Strong
After this blues-infused rock moment, it was time for something more hard-hitting, as Krokus took the stage. A true monument of the genre, Krokus is without question the most internationally successful Swiss hard rock band.
Founded in 1975 in Solothurn, the band initially played progressive rock before making a decisive shift toward AC/DC-inspired hard rock at the end of the 1970s.
The 1980s marked their peak, with now-classic albums such as Metal Rendez-Vous (1980), Hardware (1981), and especially Headhunter (1983), which opened the doors to the American market. Krokus thus became the first Swiss band to achieve real success in the United States.
