Heavy Week-End 2026 : une deuxième journée intense entre puissance et émotions

Le samedi 6 juin 2026, le Heavy Week-End a poursuivi son édition au Zénith de Nancy, un lieu à l’architecture unique. Véritable bijou moderne, la salle offre une capacité de 8 000 personnes en configuration couverte et jusqu’à 25 000 spectateurs dans son amphithéâtre extérieur. Sa structure emblématique, visible depuis les airs et rappelant la forme d’une guitare, en fait un site totalement adapté à un festival de cette ampleur. Son immense ouverture permet une transition fluide entre l’espace intérieur et la scène extérieure, offrant ainsi une expérience de concert particulièrement immersive.

Pour cette deuxième journée, le public était encore plus nombreux, avec près de 14 000 personnes attendues sur le site. La chaleur était bien présente, rendant l’atmosphère parfois intense, même si un léger rafraîchissement venu du ciel est venu offrir un court moment de répit aux festivaliers.

Pour ShowMedialive, cette journée confirmait encore une fois la qualité exceptionnelle de ce festival, tant dans sa programmation que dans son cadre.

La journée a débuté avec le duo britannique Nova Twins. Avec une énergie toujours aussi explosive, les deux musiciennes ont parfaitement lancé les hostilités. Leur performance a immédiatement remis le public en mouvement dans une atmosphère survoltée.

La suite a pris une tournure beaucoup plus lourde et historique avec les frères Cavalera, Igor et Max. En revisitant notamment les titres emblématiques de Sepultura, ils ont rappelé à quel point cette musique reste puissante et intemporelle. Le public, totalement conquis, a répondu présent avec des circle pits et une énergie collective impressionnante.

C’est ensuite Trivium qui a pris le relais. Fidèle à sa réputation, le groupe américain a livré une prestation solide, dynamique et extrêmement efficace. Entre riffs tranchants et interaction constante avec le public, Trivium a une nouvelle fois confirmé son statut d’incontournable de la scène métal moderne.

Pour notre part, la couverture de cette deuxième journée s’est arrêtée après ces trois performances, laissant la suite de la soirée aux festivaliers. Il se murmure toutefois que la tête d’affiche de la journée a offert un moment particulièrement marquant pour clôturer ce samedi.

Demain déjà, place à la troisième et dernière journée de cette édition 2026, avec une affiche tout aussi impressionnante. Une seule envie : y être à nouveau.

On Saturday, June 6, 2026, the Heavy Week-End continued at the Zénith de Nancy, a venue with a truly unique architectural identity. A modern landmark, the site offers a capacity of 8,000 people in its indoor configuration and up to 25,000 spectators in its outdoor amphitheatre. Its iconic structure, visible from above and shaped like a guitar, makes it a perfect setting for a festival of this scale. The massive opening between the indoor hall and the outdoor stage allows for a seamless transition, creating a fully immersive live experience.

For this second day, the crowd was even larger, with around 14,000 people expected on site. The heat was intense, making the atmosphere particularly heavy at times, although a brief refreshing moment from the sky brought some welcome relief to the festival-goers.
